1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ylyvip.net website and the AI Tool Mart digital products offered through it (the "Service"). The Service is operated by YileYuan (Yudong Guo), Shenyang, Liaoning, China ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the site, creating an account, downloading a free tool, or purchasing a pack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What We Sell
We sell digital products: curated AI tool packs, setup guides and download access to open-source software listings. Every product is delivered electronically (download link / account access). No physical goods are shipped, no shipping fees apply, and no customs duties arise from us.
3. License and Permitted Use
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, buying a pack grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to use the included guides, curated lists and configuration files for your own personal or internal business purposes, including commercial projects you complete yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share your download link, or republish the pack contents (in whole or in part) as your own product. The open-source tools referenced in our packs remain governed by their own upstream licences (MIT, Apache-2.0, GPL and similar); nothing in these Terms restricts rights you already have under those licences.
4. Delivery and Access
Access is provided immediately after successful payment, through your account and/or the e-mail address you used at checkout. If a download link fails, contact support@ylyvip.net and we will restore access. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for having the hardware, internet connection and third-party software needed to run the tools.
5. Prices, Payment and Taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Creem.io) and its payment partners; we never store your full card details. Depending on your country, sales tax, VAT or GST may be added at checkout. You are responsible for any local taxes on your purchase other than taxes on our own income.
6. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and access is granted instantly, purchases are generally final. That said, we want you to be treated fairly: contact support@ylyvip.net within 14 days of purchase if (a) you were charged but never received working access, (b) the files are corrupt or materially different from the product page, or (c) you bought the same pack twice by mistake. In those cases we will repair the delivery, replace the product, or refund the payment. Refunds are made to the original payment method; chargebacks without contacting us first may lead to account suspension.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service itself - our site design, text, curation, pack structure, setup guides and illustrations - is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. Third-party tool names, logos and projects belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification and interoperability only. Nothing here grants you rights to our branding, and nothing here transfers ownership of any third-party open-source project.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, to distribute malware, to scrape or resell our catalogue or customer data, to attack or overload our infrastructure, or to misrepresent our packs as an official product of any upstream open-source project or AI vendor.
9. No Professional Advice
Our guides are practical technical documentation, not legal, financial, tax or medical advice. Results from using AI tools and "side income" ideas depend on your own effort, market and skill; we do not promise any specific income, traffic or business outcome.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all packs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that third-party tools will keep working, stay free, stay online, or remain compatible with future versions of your operating system.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Changes, Termination and Governing Law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, announced on the site. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
