Due to the digital nature of the products, downloads are non-refundable once sent. However, the following exceptions apply:

• If you are unable to download after purchase, contact support for a full refund.
• If you purchase the same plan twice by accident, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.
• All Access members: refer 3 paying friends within 10 days for a full refund of the purchase amount ($89.9).

Refund requests should be sent to: support@ylyvip.net. We will process within 3 business days. After refund, corresponding download permissions will be revoked.

7. Copyright Complaints

We will verify and process the complaint within 5 business days of receipt. Confirmed infringing content will be removed immediately after verification.
