• Download records — which free tools an email address has downloaded, so we can enforce our one-free-tool-per-email rule and prevent abuse.

• To protect the site and its users from abuse, fraud and unauthorized sharing.
• To provide customer support when you contact us.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as PayPal). Those providers receive the information required to complete the transaction (for example, your email and payment amount) and handle it under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the payment provider's privacy policy before completing a purchase.

Our site uses browser local storage to keep you logged in and to remember download progress on your own device. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing behavior data.

5. How Long We Keep Data

We keep your account and order records as long as your account is active, so you can access your purchases and downloads. Download records are kept to enforce free-tool limits and prevent abuse. You may ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 6).

6. Your Rights & How to Delete Your Data

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, email us at support@ylyvip.net with the subject "Data Request". We will respond within 5 business days. Deleting your data will close your account and remove your download access.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email when we have your email on file.
