Dify vs Langflow vs Flowise: Which AI App Builder Do You Actually Need?

Quick story: I spent three weekends in a row rebuilding the same little AI chatbot in all three of these - Dify, Langflow, and Flowise. Same use case, same documents, just to see which one I'd still be using on Monday.
